Insurance

I am not an in-network provider for any insurance companies, but if you have checked with your provider and choose to use out-of-network coverage, I will provide billing invoices to you upon request.

Payment

Cash or check is accepted. I do not take credit cards at this time.

Cancellation Policy

Please call 24-hours in advance to cancel an appointment.
Missed appointments without 24-hours notice will be charged the session fee.
